The lobby and entrance to the hotel was beautiful.
The room was really small! The walls in the bathroom were unfinished as if prepped for painting.

The staff of this hotel was friendly. When you enter the hotel it is very opulent and beautiful, but the actual rooms tell a different story. Our room was tiny and the beds very hard and uncomfortable. While we had the air conditioning cranked down to the lowest setting, we were still very hot in the room. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel because: the staff was very friendly and helpful, the roof garden and breakfast were quite nice and the main hotel rooms were cozy and romantic with tasteful decor. Excellent location for metro and train, right by a major landmark, cozy atmosphere.
Lobby not grand for 4 star.

Excellent convenient location, cozy room nicely refurbished with new furniture, had an electric water pot great for making own teas and drinks, breakfast in a very nice roof top restaurant.

Good location, great staff.
Adding a person to the room doubled the price!

Close to Rome train station. Great air conditioning, quiet rooms, excellent staff. Showers had plenty of hot water and good flow.
